Our purpose is to educate, motivate and inspire people so that they feel empowered to take control of their health.
We don’t believe in weight loss challenges. We don’t believe in focusing on simply ‘losing weight’. We don’t believe in promising the world to people, then never delivering on it.
What we do believe in is empowering as many people as possible to make small, positive and sustainable changes that will improve their health and wellbeing.
We believe in providing a supportive, non-judgmental space for people to make these changes in, where we treat people with empathy and kindness as they navigate the (sometimes tough) journey toward long lasting change.
Our reason for getting out of bed every morning is to try and make a difference to even just one person’s life; if we achieve that, we have done our job.
We do this through not just giving you a great training experience, but looking at your health in a holistic way. We address your nutrition, your habits, and your belief systems; all culminating in a getting you results that last a lifetime, not just a few short weeks.
We will educate you, we will motivate you, but most of all; we will support you and hold you accountable.
The Kinetic Difference

Everyone knows everyone’s name, we all know a little bit about one another; and we all work together to keep each other accountable and on track. In such a friendly, warm environment where a sense of community and belonging is infectious, lifelong friendships have been made.
We do not judge. We do not make you feel bad, or feel guilty. We understand that everyone goes through their own struggles, their own issues; and everyone has their own definition of what health is.
Knowledge, support and a helping hand across all aspects of your health and well-being is what you can expect when you join the Kinetic family. All of our staff possess a University degree at a minimum, so you can be certain you will be in safe hands.
Through knowledge comes power, but also comes results.
Every single one of your sessions has been meticulously created by a team of expert Exercise Physiologists and Exercise Scientists, all of your nutrition support comes directly from a qualified Dietitian; everything you experience at Kinetic has the appropriate evidence to support it.

There are two things most people desire:
1. Wanting to feel comfortable and confident in their own skin.
2. To no longer feel frustrated when they look in the mirror.
But, for most people, this is not their reality.
The fitness industry has conditioned us to believe that skinny = happy, and that weight loss should be done in a 6 week period (sometimes even less).
For too long, I heard countless stories and watched firsthand as people embarked on their weight loss challenge, or newest diet, only to fall off the wagon (as is inevitable) and end up putting more weight back on than what they had started with.
I watched as frustration, disappointment, guilt and sadness overwhelmed these people. Until one day I decided…
Enough was enough. Something had to be done.
Someone had to lead from the front and show people that there is a way to lose weight, feel comfortable in their own skin, and regain control over their weight, health and happiness; in a way that lasts a lifetime, not just a matter of weeks.
The Anti-Challenge System was born: A complete system that will teach you why pursuing weight loss is not always the answer, how to build better beliefs and behaviours, identify and create helpful habits, but most importantly; how to transform how you look and feel, for life.
My mission, and Kinetic’s purpose, is to help as many people on this journey as possible. I would love to help you, too.
